Nightstalker (2002)

Are Thunder Nightstalker skateboard trucks good?
I recently came into possession of a skateboard (don’t ask how, the story’s a little crazy.) I don’t know the original owner, and I’m trying to see the quality of the parts. It’s got an ATM deck, and aero wheels with really, really good bearings. The only part I’m unsure about is the trucks. I’ve figured out that they’re thunder nightstalkers, but I can’t find much information on that type of truck.

So, my question is, are they good trucks?
